Also referred to as Persian figs, these delicious figs can be eaten on their own or can be used in all sorts of cooking.
Serving suggestion: Make stewed figs; place figs, cinnamon quill, orange peel, sugar to taste and cover with water and cook for approx 30-40mins until softened and flavours have infused. Serve with good quality vanilla ice-cream or thick yoghurt for a delicious dessert.
